A job platform where applying takes seconds and hiring runs on AI

Tetbit designed and built Punoo, a job platform where people find work and apply through a structured flow that takes seconds, companies manage their candidates and applications from a dashboard with AI built into it, and the platform itself is run from a CRM. Every CV that arrives is read against the requirements of the role, scored, and summarised before anyone from HR opens it. Three very different jobs, held together by one interface language simple enough that nobody needs to be taught it.

Most job boards make applying harder than it needs to be and leave companies with an inbox instead of a process. Punoo was built the other way round: a few structured steps from listing to application, a dashboard for everything that comes in, one CRM behind both. The AI does the first read. Every application is matched against the role it was sent to and comes back with a percentage, a summary, and the key points from the CV, so a company opens a sorted shortlist rather than a folder of documents.

Objective

Make applying fast and hiring manageable

  • Take the friction out of applying

Give candidates a structured flow that asks for what matters, in the right order, so an application is finished in seconds rather than abandoned halfway.

  • Let AI do the first read

Have every CV read against the requirements of the role it was sent to and come back scored and summarised, so a company starts from a shortlist instead of a stack.

  • Give companies real control

Let registered companies publish listings, review candidates, and move applications forward from their own dashboard instead of a mailbox.

  • Keep the platform itself manageable

Give the Punoo team one place to administer registered companies, listings, and everything happening across the platform.

Challenge

Advanced underneath, simple on the surface

  • Three audiences, one product

Candidates, companies, and the Punoo team each need a different environment while working on the same listings and applications.

  • More applications than anyone can read

One open position can pull in hundreds of CVs, each written differently, and the people hiring are doing it alongside their actual job.

  • AI that has to earn its place

A score nobody understands gets ignored. The match had to be tied to the requirements of the role and backed by a summary a person can check in a few seconds.

  • Depth that cannot become complexity

The platform carries a lot of structure. None of it can reach the user as clutter, or the people it was built for stop using it.

Solution

One platform, three connected surfaces

  • A job platform built around applying

The website presents open positions clearly and carries a candidate from a listing into a complete application without detours.

  • AI screening inside the dashboard

Each application is matched against its position, given a percentage, a summary, and the key points from the CV, all sitting where a company already works rather than in a separate tool.

  • A dashboard for every company

Registered companies manage their listings, candidates, and applications, and see their hiring activity in one view.

  • A CRM that runs the platform

The Punoo team administers registered companies, listings, and platform wide activity from one connected environment.

Platform Experience

From an open position to a scored, summarised candidate

The same application travels through three surfaces. It starts as a listing a candidate finds, arrives in a company dashboard already matched against the role and summarised by the AI, and sits within the wider platform the Punoo team administers. Each surface shows only what its user needs, and all three read as the same product.

Website Homepage

Candidate Experience

Everything about a job, and the way in

A single job page carries the role, the company, the location, and the terms, with applying built into the page itself. A candidate reads and applies in the same place, in a flow structured enough to finish in one sitting.

Single Job Page

Company Dashboard

Every posting a company has published

Job postings are the centre of a company account. Active, expired, and draft postings sit in one list with the applications each has attracted, so a company opens the dashboard and immediately sees what is running and what it is pulling in.

Job Postings

Posting Detail

One posting, and everything attached to it

Opening a posting shows how it was published and how it is performing, with its applications attached. Editing the role, closing it, or acting on who applied all happen from the same screen rather than three separate places.

AI Matching

Every applicant scored against the role

The candidate list carries a match column. The AI reads each CV against the requirements of the position it was sent to and returns a percentage, colour coded so a strong fit and a weak one are told apart at a glance. Filtering, sorting, and deciding who to open first all happen off that number, and nobody has to open twenty documents to find the three that matter.

Candidates

AI Summary

The candidate in a paragraph and a handful of key points

Opening an application opens the AI read of it first. A written summary of who the candidate is and what they have done, the match with the reason behind it, and the key points lifted out of the CV as skills, languages, and experience, above the submitted details and the professional history. HR knows the main things about a person before scrolling, and the decision is still theirs to make and record here.

Platform Administration

The whole platform in numbers

Behind every company account is a CRM the Punoo team works in, and it opens on the platform itself. Registered positions, applications, companies, and users run as separate curves over the same period, with candidates and company users split apart, so growth on either side of the marketplace is readable as it happens rather than at the end of a month.

Platform Analytics

Clients

Every company on the platform

The clients module holds the companies Punoo works with. Each is listed with how it arrived, whether it registered itself or was set up by the team, alongside its status and the date it joined, so the shape of the client base stays legible as it grows.

Clients

Responsive Experience

Built for how people actually look for work

Job hunting happens on a phone, often in a few spare minutes. Hiring happens at a desk. The platform was designed for both, so applying stays effortless on a small screen while the management side keeps its full structure wherever the company is working.

Desktop

The full management view. Listings, candidates, applications, and platform activity handled in one place.

Tablet

The match, the summary, and the key points stay readable on a narrower screen, so a candidate can be reviewed away from the desk.

Mobile

Finding a job and applying works in a few taps, so an opportunity is never lost to being away from a laptop.

Process

From hiring logic to a working platform

01

Mapping the Model

Mapped how a listing becomes an application, what makes a candidate a fit for a role, and what candidates, companies, and the platform team each need to control along the way.

02

Experience Design

Designed the application flow, the company dashboard, and the CRM around one shared interface language, with the match, the summary, and the key points given a fixed place in the candidate views.

03

Build

Built the platform, company registration and dashboards, application handling, status logic, and the AI layer that reads each CV against its position into one connected system.

04

Responsive Refinement

Refined every surface across devices so applying and managing both hold up away from a desk.

Outcome

A job platform that reads the applications for you

Punoo now connects people looking for work with companies hiring them through one system. Candidates apply in seconds, every application arrives matched against the role and summarised, companies work from a dashboard that tells them who to look at first, and the platform team administers everything behind it from one CRM. The structure runs deep, and none of it gets in the way.
