Building a web shop and sales platform for Koppaa

For Koppaa AG, Tetbit designed and built the web shop at koppaa.ch in German, English, French and Italian, together with the admin the team uses to run products, orders, delivery notes, invoices, customers and sales tours.

Koppaa AG is a Swiss company founded by two professionals with more than 20 years in vehicle painting, and the exclusive Swiss partner for the P9 Cup System. It sells paint cup systems, masking film and other accessories to body shops and paint shops across the country. To grow, it needed a shop workshops could order from in their own language, a way to turn every order into a delivery note and an invoice without paperwork, and tools for a sales team that finds new customers on the road. Tetbit built the shop and the admin as one system, so a customer, an order and an invoice all live in the same place.

Objective
  • A shop for professionals

Give body shops and paint shops a clear place to see what each product contains, compare sizes and order, in German, English, French or Italian.

  • Orders that invoice themselves

Turn every order, from the shop or from the team, into a delivery note and an invoice with Swiss VAT, LSVA and a due date.

  • A sales team with the right tools

Give the team a way to plan its visits to workshops on the map, follow each tour stop by stop and send offers from the same admin.

Challenge
  • Four languages, one country

Switzerland buys in German, French and Italian, so every product, page and email had to work in each language without the team keeping four catalogs.

  • Paperwork on every order

A trade order needs a delivery note, an invoice, VAT and often a transport fee. Doing that by hand for each order took time and left room for mistakes.

  • Sales happen on the road

New customers are won by visiting workshops in person. The team needed to plan its visits in the right order and keep track of each stop.

Solution
  • A translated shop and catalog

Each product has its title, contents, details and description in four languages, edited side by side in the admin and shown in the visitor's language in the shop.

  • Orders, delivery notes and invoices together

Each order carries its order, delivery note and invoice status, with line discounts, delivery costs, LSVA, VAT and coupons worked out in one form.

  • Tours for the field

Visits are grouped into tours planned on Google Maps, with every stop in order and marked as visited or skipped on the road.

Selected shop screens built for professionals

The web shop was designed for people who know exactly what they need: clear products, honest contents and a quick way to order. Below are selected screens from koppaa.ch, from the homepage, the product range and a product page to the cart.

The homepage introduces Koppaa as paint accessories that perform and answers the common questions about trade prices, sizes and delivery, with the full product range on the same page.

Homepage

Product range

The whole range sits on the homepage with its prices, and every product can go into the cart straight from the grid, so a painter who knows what they need orders in a few clicks.

Product range

Product page

Each product has its own page with a photo gallery, the price and a plain list of what is included, so a painter knows exactly what arrives before adding it to the cart.

Product page

Cart

The cart slides in beside the page with quantities, shipping and VAT already added up, and shows how much is left until free shipping, so customers can go to checkout without losing their place.

Admin experience

Selected admin modules behind every order and every visit

The admin was designed to give the Koppaa team one place to run the business: what is in stock, who ordered, what has been delivered and invoiced, and which workshops to visit next. Alongside the modules below it also covers coupons and offers. Only a subset of modules is shown here, to illustrate the product logic while respecting platform scope and confidentiality.

Visual system

A clean navy look that keeps the products clear

The colours and type were chosen to feel precise and dependable, and are used the same way across the shop, its four languages and the admin, so customers and the team always know where they are.

Color palette

A deep navy with slate and a light sky blue on white, so the interface feels professional and the products stay easy to read.

Typography

Figtree, a clean and friendly sans, sets everything from product titles and prices to invoices and the admin tables, and reads well in all four languages.

Design principles

Principles that shape the shop and the admin

A clear set of principles guiding how Koppaa sells, invoices and stays consistent for customers and the team.

  • Clear for professionals

Painters want to know exactly what they are buying. Every product shows its contents, sizes and price plainly, without marketing in the way.

  • Every language, the same shop

A workshop in Lugano and one in Zurich see the same shop in their own language. Products are translated once in the admin and appear everywhere.

  • Built for daily work

The admin is where the team spends its day, so it favours speed and familiarity over decoration. Shared patterns for tables, statuses and forms make every module feel known from the first use.

  • One source of truth

A customer places an order, and the order carries its delivery note and invoice. Nothing is typed twice, and everyone sees the same numbers.

Koppaa now sells to workshops across Switzerland in their own language, turns every order into a delivery note and an invoice in one step, and gives its sales team a planned route for every visit.
