A place to book a stay, and a place to run the business behind it

Tetbit designed and built a website where guests browse the Imhof Homes portfolio and book a stay, together with a CRM where the team manages properties, bookings, availability, and pricing. Both sides work from the same information, so what a guest sees stays in step with what the team has set.

Imhof Homes rents out a portfolio of properties, which means running two things at once: a public side where guests find a place and book it, and an operational side where properties, bookings, dates, and pricing are kept up to date. Tetbit built both, so the website presents the portfolio well while the CRM keeps the information behind it manageable.

Objective

Make a stay easy to find, and easy to manage

  • Present the properties properly

Give guests a clear way to browse the portfolio, understand what each property offers, and decide where they want to stay.

  • Let guests book directly

Turn interest into a booking on the site itself, rather than through separate back and forth.

  • Give the team one place to work

Bring properties, bookings, availability, and pricing into a single system instead of separate tools and files.

Challenge

One set of information, two very different audiences

  • A property is two things at once

For a guest it is a place to stay. For the team it is a record with dates, availability, and pricing attached to it.

  • What guests see has to be right

Availability and pricing shown on the website need to reflect what the team has actually set in the system.

  • More to manage than a listing

Bookings, dates, and pricing change constantly, so the management side needed to stay workable as the portfolio grows.

Solution

A booking website backed by an operational CRM

  • A website built around the properties

The portfolio leads. Guests browse available properties and open any one of them for the full picture.

  • Booking on the site

Guests select their dates and book the property directly, without leaving the site to arrange it.

  • A CRM for the day to day

The team manages properties, bookings, availability, and pricing from one connected environment.

Platform Experience

From browsing a property to managing the booking behind it

The website gives guests a clear route from the portfolio to a booked stay, while the CRM gives the team control over the properties and bookings that route depends on. The two sides are built around the same information.

Website Homepage

Guest Experience

Everything about a property in one place

A single property page brings together what the place offers, its availability, and its pricing, so a guest can decide and book without hunting for the details.

Single Property Page

Booking Calendar

Picking dates against real availability

The calendar shows which dates on a property are still open, so a guest chooses their stay and books it there and then, instead of asking and waiting to hear back.

Booking Calendar

Booking Management

Every booking in one view

The bookings module gives the team a structured overview of reservations and the dates attached to them, so what is booked and what is still open stays visible.

CRM Bookings Module

Property Management

Properties, availability, and pricing

The properties module is where the portfolio is maintained. Property details, availability, and pricing are managed here, and the website reflects what is set.

CRM Properties Module

Responsive Experience

Built for booking from anywhere

Guests rarely plan a stay at a desk, so the website was designed to stay clear on a phone, while the management side keeps its structure wherever the team is working from.

Desktop

The full management view. Properties, bookings, availability, and pricing handled in one place.

Tablet

Browsing the portfolio and reviewing a property keep their full structure on a narrower screen.

Mobile

Finding a property and booking it works in a few taps, so a stay can be arranged from anywhere.

Process

From how the business runs to a working digital system

01

Mapping the Model

Mapped how a property moves from listed to booked, and what the team needs to control at each point.

02

Experience Design

Designed the guest journey through the portfolio alongside the management views behind it.

03

Build

Built the website, the booking flow, and the CRM modules for properties and bookings into one connected system.

04

Responsive Refinement

Refined the interfaces across devices so booking and managing both hold up on smaller screens.

Outcome

One system behind the guest experience and the operation

Imhof Homes now presents its portfolio on a website built for booking, and manages the properties, bookings, availability, and pricing behind it in one place. The public side and the operational side work from the same information rather than being kept in step by hand.
