Investors only trust a result they can trace. Every figure on the dashboard comes from inputs the investor entered and can open and change, and the portfolio totals use exactly the same logic as each property page.

Building a real estate investment platform for Zefaj Finance
For Zefaj Finance, Tetbit designed and built a platform where property investors bring purchase data, financing, costs and rents together, and see how every property and the whole portfolio develop over the years.

Most property investors keep their numbers spread across spreadsheets, bank documents, exposés and notes. Purchase price, loans, interest, repayment, running costs, taxes and rent all affect each other, and without one place to bring them together it is hard to tell which assumption changes the outcome. Zefaj Finance wanted a platform that makes those numbers clear, for a single property and for a whole portfolio. Tetbit approached it as a full product engagement, shaping the public website, the investor platform, the calculation logic and the subscriptions behind them.
Clear numbers instead of gut feeling
Give investors one place to see how a property performs, from what it cost to buy to what it earns year after year.
From one property to a portfolio
Let people start with their first property and grow into a full portfolio view without changing tools.
Free to start, simple to upgrade
Let anyone try the platform with one property, and move to the Investor plan in a few clicks when they need more.
Numbers that depend on each other
A change to a loan, a rent or a planned renovation affects cash flow, returns and remaining debt for years. Every screen had to stay in step with every other.
Real financing, not one simple loan
Investors often finance a property with several loans, each with its own terms, interest rate and repayment. The platform had to model them separately and together.
Serious finance that stays readable
The people using it are investors and landlords, not accountants. The detail had to be there without the screens feeling like a spreadsheet.
One workspace for every property
Each property has its own overview, financing, cash flow and operating plan, all fed by the same data, so a change made once updates everywhere.
A financing manager built for real loans
Investors can add as many loans as they need, see each one on its own and see all of them combined in one repayment and remaining debt chart.
A portfolio dashboard on top
Every property rolls up into one dashboard with portfolio value, cash flow, yields and remaining debt, worked out with the same logic as each property page so the totals always match.
Research and discovery
Understanding how investors calculate, compare and decide

What Tetbit solved
Turning scattered property numbers into one clear analysis

Process
From discovery to a platform that keeps improving

Website experience
Selected website screens that explain the platform
The website was designed to show investors what the platform does before they sign up, and to get them from a first visit to their first property quickly. Below are selected screens from the public website.
Homepage
The homepage leads with the promise of clear numbers instead of gut feeling, with a direct route into a free account.

Features
The features walk through the platform step by step, from creating a property to keeping a whole portfolio in view.

Platform experience
Selected platform screens behind every investment decision
The platform was designed to take an investor from a single property to a complete portfolio view, with every figure traceable back to the inputs behind it. Below are selected screens highlighting key areas of the platform.
Portfolio dashboard
See every property at once: total value against acquisition cost, cash flow, yields and remaining debt for the current year, plus cash flow and returns across the whole portfolio.

Property overview
The investment snapshot for one property: total acquisition cost including transfer tax, agent and notary fees, current value, price per square metre and building depreciation.

Financing manager
Add as many loans as the property has, each with its own term, interest and repayment, and follow interest, repayment and remaining debt for each loan and for all of them together.

Cash flow and returns
A year by year forecast of rental income, cash flow before and after tax and returns, in a table investors can edit and a chart that shows where it leads.

Operating plan
Plan maintenance, modernisation and running costs, decide which can be passed on to tenants, and spread larger costs over several years for tax.

Brand system
A calm, trustworthy look for serious numbers
The visual language was shaped to feel calm and dependable, so dense financial screens stay easy to read on the website and the platform alike.
Color palette
A restrained palette that lets charts and key figures carry the colour, so the numbers stand out rather than the interface.

Typography
A clean, readable typeface that keeps figures, tables and labels easy to scan.

Brand principles
Principles that shape the product
A clear set of principles guiding how the platform presents numbers, explains them and stays consistent from one property to a full portfolio.
Every number has a source
Change one thing, see the effect
The point of the platform is to see how assumptions matter. Change a rent, a loan or a planned renovation, and cash flow, returns and remaining debt update straight away.
Detail without the spreadsheet feel
Tables are there for people who want them, but the first thing anyone sees is a clear chart or a key figure. Depth is one click away, never in the way.
Start small, grow into it
One property on the free plan works exactly like twenty on the Investor plan. Nothing has to be set up again as the portfolio grows.
Zefaj Finance now gives property investors one clear place to plan, analyse and manage their investments, from the first property to a full portfolio, with numbers they can trace and trust.
